Patil, who initially joined the hotel as a junior sous chef, with a career marked by dedication, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence, has consistently elevated the dining experience for guests, earning him this well-deserved promotion.
Patil has a background in culinary arts and a hotel management degree from VIHMCT, Mumbai University. Specialising in a wide range of cuisines including Indian curry, tandoor, continental, south Indian, and Indian sweet section, his skill set has been magnificently sharpened through years of experience in the culinary field. Having worked with renowned brands both in India and abroad, including Fairfield by Marriott, Oakwood Residency, and Grand Mercure, Patil has been bringing a reputation for excellence wherever he goes.
In his new role, Patil will lead culinary operations, bringing his innovative flair and expertise to the forefront. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of flavours, he will craft menus that tantalise the taste buds and exceed expectations. Each experience has contributed to his expertise, building him into a master of his craft, Patil brings a fresh perspective to menu development and will work closely with executive chef Feroz Patel to oversee culinary operations.
