The Connell Company, a leading diversified privately-held corporation in the U.S., has announced the launch of Round Table (RT) Residences, a premier residential project in The Park, New Jersey’s highly anticipated new destination neighborhood. The development will feature two stunning luxury rental buildings: RT500, an eleven-story tower offering 179 units, and RT600, an eight-story building with 149 units.

Each unit is crafted with contemporary aesthetics and neutral tones, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere. RT Residences is a key component of a transformative $500 million redevelopment project that is redefining The Park. This initiative aims to convert the traditional office park into a dynamic destination neighborhood.
