Rosewood Hotel Group, a leading force in global hospitality and lifestyle management, is thrilled to announce the appointment of two new corporate executives who will help strengthen the company’s vision of becoming a dominant leader in luxury travel and lifestyle, while further enhancing operational excellence.

Starting on September 1, 2025, Anthony Ingham will join as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to Sonia Cheng, the Group’s Chief Executive Officer. With an extensive background in the industry, Anthony is poised to play a pivotal role in steering the Group’s operations and strategy, driving the company toward its ambitious goals. His responsibilities will include elevating the guest experience, optimizing operational performance, and fostering commercial success across all Rosewood properties. Additionally, he will lead global teams across various sectors, including operations, commercial, CRM, retail, wellness, digital, and e-commerce.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Rosewood team at a pivotal moment in the Group’s substantial growth phase, as it develops one of the most robust luxury pipelines in the industry,” said Anthony Ingham. “It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute further to the extraordinary work that has been done to date to position Rosewood as one of the most innovative and creative brands in the luxury lifestyle space.”

With a wealth of experience in the luxury and lifestyle hospitality industries, Anthony has held leadership roles at prestigious global hotel brands such as InterContinental, Starwood, and Marriott International. He brings a deep expertise in managing extensive global portfolios of luxury hotels, focusing on areas such as brand strategy, experience design, operational transformation, and commercial growth. Notably, he played a pivotal role in driving the comprehensive brand transformation of W Hotels after its acquisition by Marriott International. Over the course of a decade, Anthony shaped the brand positioning, guest experience, and marketing strategies for more than 120 Luxury Collection Hotels worldwide. Prior to joining Rosewood Hotel Group, Anthony served at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where he oversaw the membership club, managed the hospitality operations of two of the world’s top racecourses, and led the Club’s brand, marketing, and customer experience initiatives.

In addition to Anthony’s appointment, Rosewood Hotel Group is excited to announce that Luca Finardi will join the team as Vice President of Operations for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Caribbean Atlantic (EMEAC) on June 1, 2025. Luca brings over two decades of luxury hospitality expertise to his new role. He has spent the past 10 years building Mandarin Oriental’s Italian portfolio, and most recently served as the General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Paris. Luca also held the role of Area Vice President of Operations for France, Italy, and the Czech Republic, where he was instrumental in advancing the brand’s growth and operational excellence.

“I am honored to join Rosewood and look forward to contributing to the Group’s success by embracing its vision and values as it pursues its quality growth strategy,” said Luca Finardi. “This is a definitive moment for the Group, and it is a privilege to be part of the team, shaping its operational ethos and bringing positive impact in our communities.”

Luca’s role at Rosewood will see him working directly under Anthony’s leadership, forming a close collaboration with the Managing Directors of Rosewood’s properties. He will be tasked with managing the operational strategies that will drive the company’s ongoing growth across the EMEAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean) region. His expertise will be crucial in ensuring that Rosewood maintains its high standards of operational excellence, which are vital for supporting the Group’s ambitions for sustained growth and long-term success.

In addition to overseeing the operations within the EMEAC region, Luca’s efforts will extend to fostering effective communication and coordination across the key internal teams within the organization. His role will be pivotal in aligning the operational objectives with the broader corporate goals, ensuring that Rosewood’s strategic vision remains intact as the company continues to expand its footprint across the globe. This collaborative approach will be essential in maintaining operational efficiency while scaling the organization.

Luca’s partnership with the Vice Presidents of Operations for the Americas and Asia Pacific will also play a central role in his responsibilities. Together, they will evaluate and identify opportunities for optimization across various aspects of the business. By focusing on continuous improvement, Luca will help refine operational processes, contributing to the overall success of the Group’s efforts to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving luxury hospitality market.

A key part of Luca’s mission will be to implement best practices across Rosewood’s portfolio, ensuring that the Group stays ahead of industry trends and continues to set benchmarks for excellence. His leadership in this area will help Rosewood reinforce its position as an industry leader, ensuring that the Group’s growth is not only sustainable but also reflects the high standards of quality and service that have become synonymous with the Rosewood brand.
