Indiana-based Great Lakes Capital (GLC), in collaboration with Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) and the City of Cedar Park, has finalized an agreement to develop a state-of-the-art Marriott hotel and convention center within CedarView, an emerging premier mixed-use district in Cedar Park, Texas.

The upcoming full-service Marriott hotel is set to redefine hospitality in Cedar Park, offering approximately 300 elegantly appointed guest rooms, 30,000 square feet of event and meeting space, a full-service restaurant, a breakfast café, and an expansive pool area. Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel will provide a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience.
