Radisson Blu Pune Hinjawadi announced the appointment of Adarsh Adhao as its new associate director of sales. With over 8 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, Adhao brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his new role.
Adhao’s career has been marked by a proven track record in luxury, convention centres and lifestyle. His expertise spans pre-opening strategies, market mapping, total account management, forecasting, F&B development, and building strong relationships with C-level executives across various industries.
In his most recent role sales and marketing manager at Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi, Adhao successfully managed bookings for 144 room keys and oversaw operations for 5 F&B outlets with two banquet spaces. Prior to this, he held key positions at Taj Group of Hotels, The Orchid Group of Hotels, and Hotel Tip Top International, where he played pivotal roles in corporate business development, banquet sales, and F&B operations.

Adhao holds a degree in hotel management and catering technology from Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (MSIHMCT), Pune, and has completed specialized training in prestigious hospitality establishments.
