The A350-1000, known for its advanced fuel efficiency and superior passenger comfort, will serve key destinations in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, further solidifying Qatar Airways’ position as a leader in long-haul aviation. By increasing frequency and enhancing connectivity to critical global markets, Qatar Airways continues to elevate the travel experience, providing seamless and luxurious options for passengers seeking both business and leisure travel.
Key A350-1000 Routes for Qatar Airways (July to December 2025)
Qatar Airways continues to expand its network by flying its A350-1000s to 41 cities from its home at Hamad International Airport in Doha in the second half of 2025. Although most of these cities only experience sporadic flights, there are some cities conspicuous for the number of times they recur and the significant role they play in the network.
Here are the most prominent routes for Qatar Airways’ A350-1000 service, listed by frequency:
- Dallas/Fort Worth: The airline will fly twice daily in the summer before dropping service to once-daily departures. The route is one of the longest nonstop A350-1000 flights in the United States by block time, and it’s one of the airline’s key transatlantic hubs for travelers heading to and from Doha and the US.
- Miami: Ten weekly flights will be served by Qatar Airways to continue its service to Miami with its A350-1000 jets, providing travelers with a smooth and efficient connection from Doha to Florida.
- Bali/Denpasar: Offering two daily flights, this popular Indonesian destination will be served by the A350-1000 until October 25, 2025. Qatar Airways ensures a premium travel experience for those flying to Bali.
- Seoul Incheon: With initially eight weekly summer flights, the A350-1000 will fly daily for the rest of the year on the route in response to strong demand for traveling to South Korea.
- Atlanta, Houston Intercontinental, Los Angeles, and San Francisco: All these key US cities will be served with daily A350-1000 flights, bolstering Qatar Airways’ North American presence with frequent and dependable services.
- São Paulo Guarulhos: Qatar Airways will maintain daily flights to São Paulo, and its presence in Latin America and Brazil will remain solid.
- Bengaluru and Mumbai: With five weekly departures to both cities, Qatar Airways strengthens its connectivity between India and the rest of the world through its Doha hub.
Route Adjustments in Long-Haul: The A350-1000’s Departure from Auckland
Qatar Airways has also made strategic adjustments to its long-haul routes. Notably, the airline has discontinued the use of the A350-1000 on its longest route to Auckland, New Zealand. Previously, this route, covering 7,849 nautical miles (14,536 km), was exclusively served by the Boeing 777-200LR, with occasional A350-1000 deployments.
As of September 2023, the airline introduced the Boeing 777-200LR, featuring a 272-seat configuration with 46 Qsuites in business class, for the Auckland route. This aircraft is expected to remain on the route for both the northern summer and winter months, providing passengers with a more tailored service for the long haul. The decision reflects Qatar Airways’ commitment to offering its passengers the most appropriate aircraft for extended travel, ensuring the best possible flying experience.
High Speed on the Dallas/Ft. Wworth Route
The carrier has been operating to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport since 2014, and the A350-1000 first flew on the route in 2019. The carrier will fly this route in the coming summer of 2025 season solely on the A350-1000, providing additional capacity during peak seasons. During the period of April 2024 to March 2025, the airline will transport more than 433,000 passengers on the route and achieve a high 95% load factor—to reflect the extensive demand and popularity of the transcontinental service.
Winters will see the deployment of the Boeing 777-200LR aircraft on the Dallas/Fort Worth route by Qatar Airways. The newer 272-seat 777-200LR configuration will provide greater flexibility, with its advance seat configuration and superior service. The connections from Dallas/Fort Worth to popular Indian cities, including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai, will continue to generate strong demand and the route will continue to be one of the key connectors for travelers between the US and South Asia.
Qatar Airways continues to solidify its position as the global leading airline with its dedication to the Airbus A350-1000. By expanding its network to the world’s leading cities and aligning its aircraft for ultimate sophistication and efficiency, the airline allows its travelers to experience world-leading service and the latest technology. Through strategic allocation of the A350-1000 and Boeing 777-200LR to the most important long-haul routes, Qatar Airways maintains its position as one of the dominant players in the global airlines market. The airline’s unwavering efforts to modernize its services in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America secure its position at the top of the global airlines market with its smooth and opulent experience for the global travelers.
