JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu announced the promotion of Nikita Ramchandani, as the multi – property vice president for the Marriott International Mumbai market. She will undertake this pivotal role while concurrently serving as the general manager of JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
In her new role as multi property vice president for the Mumbai market, which includes hotels like Westin Powai, Moxy Mumbai, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai among others, Ramchandani will be overseeing the strategic direction of other properties in Mumbai. Her responsibilities will include streamlining process, managing owner relations and providing support to general managers in achieving their goals.
With a career spanning over 23 years in the hospitality industry, Ramchandani is widely regarded as a respected and accomplished leader. A graduate from Les Roches School of Hotel Management, Switzerland with a successful tenure in the US, Ramchandani’s astute business and leadership skills have seen her take strides across her career graph with different challenges and roles across the hospitality landscape. Her tenure has been characterized by a steadfast commitment to excellence, demonstrated through her exceptional business acumen and astute leadership skills.
In 2021, she took on the role of general manager for JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
