Together, the two entities now oversee a combined portfolio of 26 operational properties with 950 keys and an additional six properties with 120 keys in the pipeline. According to sources, The merged company boasts an annual operating revenue exceeding INR 100 crore, setting a solid foundation for future expansion.

Six newly contracted properties, comprising 120 keys, are already under development.
