Inhabit Hotels is excited to announce a partnership with yoga teacher, wellness expert and integrative health coach, Rosie Underwood, who, starting from Wednesday 26th February, will be giving Inhabit guests and Paddington locals the unique opportunity to engage in an exclusive series of transformative yoga classes and wellness events aimed at enhancing well-being and educating on holistic wellness practises.

Set inside Inhale, the calming, wood-panelled yoga space at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens, these weekly classes will offer a way for individuals to enhance their physical and mental health. The sessions will help participants improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, all in a relaxed and inclusive environment which will cater to all skill levels. Rosie is widely renowned for her infectious positivity, wealth of expertise and non-judgemental approach, and promises a nurturing environment for individuals to unwind, hone their yoga skills, or simply get back in touch with their body, with wellbeing tips and mindfulness practises they can incorporate into their everyday lives, inspiring balance, mobility and a sense of calm.

Celebrating Female Bio-Individuality for International Women’s Day

In addition to the weekly classes, Inhabit and Rosie will host two exclusive wellness events over the next six months. The first takes place at Inhabit Southwick Street on 20th March to honour International Women’s Day, celebrating female bio-individuality with a wellness workshop to empower Inhabit guests and Paddington locals alike, designed to dispel myths surrounding women’s health and help them gain a deeper understanding of their bodies, reclaim their power, and tap into the unique magic of their bio-individuality. This integrative health workshop and panel discussion will include a meditation and breathwork session, and a Wheel of Life exercise to tap into hormonal wisdom, accompanied by nourishing food from partnering plant-centric restaurant, Yeotown. The second event, planned for June, will continue to explore holistic wellness practices to carry with us into the summer months.

Wellness for Body, Mind & Soul

Inhabit Hotels’ commitment to wellness is evident in every aspect of their two hotels, from the sustainably furnished spaces to the daily wellness programming and plant-centric food offerings at Yeotown. As the hotel group’s wellness ambassador, Rosie will promote Inhabit’s mission of fostering well-being for all, emphasising the importance of prioritising both physical and mental health. Together, Inhabit and Rosie aim to create a welcoming, inclusive space where guests, staff, and the wider Paddington community can come together to move, breathe, and connect.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Rosie Underwood, whose experience and authentic approach perfectly complement our mission at Inhabit Hotels,” said Samantha van Exter, Head of Hotels at The Montcalm Collection. “At Inhabit, we believe in creating spaces that support our guests’ well-being, and we are confident that her guidance will deeply enrich the Inhabit wellness programme.”

The classes will take place on Wednesdays at 6pm, starting from 26th February and can be booked online at http://www.inhabithotels.com/.

The first workshop will take place on March 20th at 6:30pm, at Inhabit Southwick Street. Tickets will soon be available on the Inhabit website.
