The restaurant’s menu draws inspiration from the original Claudio’s, which has been a staple on the East Coast for over a century. Guests can enjoy a variety of beloved dishes that have become a hallmark of the Greenport location. Signature menu items include the classic Calamari served with preserved lemon aioli, Baked Clams topped with double-smoked bacon, panko, peppers, onions, and parmesan, and Claudio’s Lobster Roll, a fan favorite featuring tender lobster, brown butter, celery, lemon aioli, and chives, all served in a soft brioche challah.
