How to Reach Harder Kulm
Reaching Harder Kulm from Interlaken is straightforward and enjoyable. The most popular and fastest way is via the Harderbahn funicular, a historic railway that takes you from the valley station (a short walk from Interlaken Ost railway station) to the summit in just 10 minutes, offering scenic views during the ascent.
Alternatively, for the more adventurous, there are well-marked hiking trails leading up to Harder Kulm, taking approximately three hours depending on your fitness level. Cars cannot directly access Harder Kulm; parking is available near the Interlaken Ost station.
