For Customers Interested in Property: If you are interested in any property, kindly buy that listing, and your details will be sent to the property owner.
Payment conditions apply: Any payment made by a member is purely for advertising; no other services are included. Payments are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable, whether made using this website or any other form. Any payment made twice will be considered for adding tenure to the selected services. No disputes will be entertained after acknowledging the company’s terms and conditions before proceeding to pay for the services. Any payment-related dispute needs to be notified to us within 24 to 48 hours maximum.
If you choose us as your property broker or consultant, the following conditions apply: Visiting Charge is applicable on each property visit, including Air Ticket, Taxi fare, and lodging/boarding. The amount can be decided as per the destination, Covid Guidelines, etc. 2% Brokerage on sale/one-month rent as brokerage for lease property.
