Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre managed by Accor, announced the appointment of Ajay Kumar as executive housekeeper of the property. With a wealth of experience and a track record of excellence, Kumar brings over 13 years of expertise in housekeeping management across various international hospitality brands in India and the Middle East.
Kumar’s career in the hospitality industry began after earning a three-year degree in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHM Hyderabad) in 2011. Since then, he has held several key positions in brands such as Sheraton, Shangri-La, and Mondrian.
Kumar is recognised for his exceptional skills in quality assurance, inventory control, budgeting, technical training, and expense management. He is also adept in soft skills such as time management, decision-making, communication, team handling, and fostering internal talent growth. His professional achievements are numerous, including achieving a perfect cleanliness score.

He also holds a Certificate in Housekeeping Level 3 & Leadership from the Marriott Development Academy. His strategic vision and dedication have made significant impacts, as seen during his involvement in special projects.
