Hilton announced the signing of its first DoubleTree by Hilton in the vibrant port city of Kochi, the commercial capital of Kerala. Developed in association with Indraprastha Group, DoubleTree by Hilton Kochi is scheduled to open in 2029 and will be Hilton’s It second hotel in Kerala, after Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum.

The new-build hotel is located along NH 47 in Maradu, one of Kochi’s most sought-after business districts. Upon completion, the hotel will feature 171 stylish guest rooms, including residential accommodations and spacious suites. The hotel will also feature three food & beverage outlets: an all-day restaurant, a specialty rooftop venue, and a lobby lounge. The hotel will offer approximately 9,000 sq ft of versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces that cater to corporate meetings and social gatherings, as well as an array of wellness amenities including an outdoor pool, a spa, fitness centre, and an executive lounge.
