During the event, Egypt’s Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Sherif Fathi, along with Dr. Mohamed El-Badry, Egypt’s Ambassador to Berlin, visited the EgyptAir booth. They commended the airline for its impressive presentation and efforts to attract more visitors to Egypt.

Additionally, EgyptAir announced a significant technology partnership with PMI FLIGHT, signing a deal to implement NDC API-OUT technology. This agreement is expected to revolutionize the way EgyptAir distributes flight bookings, enhancing efficiency and broadening customer access.
The contract signing, witnessed by Amr Adawi, Head of the Commercial Sector at EgyptAir, and Mohamed el Fouly, Project Manager for the new distribution channels, marks a milestone in EgyptAir’s strategy to innovate and improve sales channels through advanced distribution systems.
In a related development, Egypt’s Minister of Civil Aviation, Sameh el-Hefny, inspected the readiness of Sphinx International Airport in anticipation of the grand opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum. This visit underscored the importance of high service standards and safety for incoming tourists.
Furthermore, EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering celebrated the renewal of its EASA certification for its stations in Jeddah and Madinah, affirming its commitment to international safety standards and service excellence.
